Unique and Practical Essential Oil Uses
1. Add 5 drops of rose essential oil to 5ml of base oil and massage the abdomen to relieve menstrual pain and regulate premenstrual syndrome.
2. Put 2 drops of rose essential oil and 2 drops of sandalwood essential oil into 5ml massage base oil, massage the facial skin 1-2 times a week to make the skin moist, soft, youthful and vigorous.
