Edison Blue Amberol Cylinder #1766 "Old Comrades March" US Marine Band 1913

Here is a great Edison Blue Amberol cylinder, #1766, the "Old Comrades March", performed by the United States Marine Band.  This is a reissue of four minute Amberol #226 from October 1909, Victor issued the cylinder in July 1913.  A spirited rendition that is sure to get you out of your seat, a very fun listen  The cylinder plays loud and quite well with fairly minimal surface noise.  As you can see in the third picture, there is some interior plaster of paris loss on the non title end of the cylinder.  It fits on the mandrel and plays just fine, but if this bothers you do not buy this cylinder.  I have lowered the price because of this issue.  I will include a period correct (if somewhat battered) cylinder box for you.  Neat find for march lovers at a reasonable buy it now price, go for it!!!
