    Description

    Here is a very nice Edison Blue Amberol cylinder, #3979, "Roll On, Silver Moon", sung by yodeling specialist Frank M. Kamplain and orchestra.  The song was recorded on November 6, 1919 and Edison released the cylinder in May 1920.  A little different listen, Mr. Kamplain can really yodel and it is amazing how high he can sing!  The cylinder plays loud and very well with some surface noise.  I will include a period correct (if somewhat battered) cylinder box for you.  Please pardon my blurry photography on this listing!  If this is what you like, do not pass it up; reasonable buy it now price, go for it!!!
