    Description

Here is a neat Edison Blue Amberol cylinder, #1540, the song "Under the Big September Moon", performed by Albert Campbell and Henry Burr (under the pseudonym "Irving Gillette").  This is a "direct" recording and Edison released the cylinder in December 1912.  No doubt inspired by the very popular "By the Light of the Silvery Moon", this is a typical song of the era with great singing, a very enjoyable listen.  The cylinder plays loud and very well with very little surface noise, sounds great! I  will also provide a period correct (if somewhat battered) cylinder box for you.  Neat addition for your collection of a 109 year old cylinder at a reasonable buy it now price, go for it!!!
Shipping to USA addresses only.  .50 media mail postage and fees, I will ship cylinder in a new box.  Please pay within 24 hours of purchase and I will leave you positive feedback when I ship the cylinder, your positive feedback appreciated!  See my store for more cylinder records, I will combine postage if you buy more than one, and thanks for looking!!
