    Description

Here is a scarce Edison Blue Amberol cylinder record, #5154, the traditional song "I Wish I Was a Single Girl Again", sung by Vernon Dalhart, with the well known Carson Robison on guitar.  The tune was recorded
on July 17, 1925, but Edison did not release the cylinder until May 1926.  The song title would lead one to believe that the singer should be a woman, but Mr. Dalhart was a trained musician and I suppose he would sing any music you put in front of him, an enjoyable listen.  The cylinder plays quite well with fairly minimal surface noise.  I will also include a period correct Blue Amberol cylinder box.  As you might know, cylinder record sales were in severe decline by mid 1926, this is a hard to find cylinder.  Add this to your collection, reasonable buy it now price given what it is, don't pass it up!
Shipping to USA addresses only.  .95 first class mail postage and handling fee.  Please pay within 24 hours of purchase and I will leave you positive feedback when I mail the cylinder, your positive feedback appreciated!  See my store for many more cylinder records, I will combine shipping if you buy more than one, and thanks for looking!!
