The most common problem with Edison 4 Minute Blue Amberol Cylinders is that over the years the
plaster has expanded
& the cylinder either will
NOT FIT
on the
mandrel properly
or you get the
wobbly affect
as it turns.  With this cylinder reamer in just a few quick turns back & forth, your cylinder will fit perfectly on the mandrel.  This reamer is made of
beautiful maple,
but unlike others that only have 1 strip of abrasive this one has
3 equal strips of abrasive
so turning is quick & easy.  The handle now comes with finger grips for easier control.   The strips will last for many years & are
easily cleaned
with a
belt sander cleaner
(looks like a big eraser, please check the pictures) & can be purchased at
Lowe’s
or
Home Depot.
