Edison Two Minute Cylinder Record #8844 "Down Tennessee - Barn Dance" 1904

Here is a wonderful Edison two minute cylinder, #88844, "Down Tennessee - Barn Dance", performed by the Edison Symphony Orchestra, with a male chorus and Parker Hunter on banjo.  Edison released this announced cylinder in November 1904.  Lively singing and  playing with the prominent banjo part, a fun listen.  The cylinder looks terrible but plays decently well, there is considerable surface noise but the music comes through clearly.  I will include a period correct (if somewhat battered) cylinder box for you.  Neat 117 year old cylinder for your collection at a reasonable buy it now price, go for it!!
