    Description

    Description
It was prototyped by the Japanese Army around 1932,
along with the cap otsu (which was later formalized),
and a small number were worn by the Kwantung Army
    and others.
It has the shape of the so-called "Garrison cap"
and resembles the abbreviated caps of foreign armies,
but it was not well received due to the lack of eaves,
etc., and was not adopted as the official cap.
(The fact that it resembled the pirotka of
Soviet soldiers may have been a contributing factor.)
This is an old type made by Nakata Shoten,
without ventilation holes on the sides.
(Maybe this is the actual fabric from the time of the war.)
The size is 59cm, which is large enough to
    be used for reenactments.
(I am 57cm, but I could wear it without
any discomfort by tightening the back.)
It is a very rare item, so how about
    taking this opportunity to purchase?
    [Condition.]
It is an extremely beautiful item with
no defects that should be noted,
such as insect bites and licks.
