5 drops Chamomile (German) Essential Oil
Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed.

20 drops Helichrysum Essential Oil
10 drops Juniper Berry Essential Oil
10 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
20 drops Copaiba Essential Oil
2 ounces Jojoba Oil
Mix all together and store in sealed container. Apply enough of this mixture to cover the inflamed area and massage into the skin.
