    Description

    Here is a nice vintage Dormeyer 6901 TEN cup
    percolator
    . I tested it and was
    surprised
    , in less than 20 seconds the water was hot enough to start
    percolating
    . I had the coffee
    strength
    lever in the middle. The light comes on when it is ready to drink. (I didn't time the "when ready", but less than 4 minutes).
    The 28" long power cord is not original, and though it was warm when I used it, it is rated at 10A-125V (1250 watts), so it should handle this maker at 660 watts power consumption.
    No chips or cracks in the glass and only very minor oxidation on the chrome finish, limited mostly to the lid and the base area. This weighs 3 pounds BEFORE packing, shipping is based on 4 pounds. I bubble wrap and pack well!
