essential oil with almond oil and gently massage it on your stomach for relieving from flatulence, indigestion and spasms. You can also add 2 drops of this oil in your rubs and gently massage it on your neck, chest and back or Add 3 drops of
Zedoary
oil to steaming water and inhaling the steam for cold and blocked nose.

HOW TO USE:- Diffuse, Bath and Body
Massage

Always dilute with carrier oil. 1% for daily facial care, 5-6 drops in 30ml carrier oil 2% for daily body care, 10-12 drops in 30ml carrier oil 3-5% for acute care, 15-30 drops in 30ml carrier oil 1ml is made up of about 15 drops Keep away from eyes.
