    The Only Man in Las Vegas Who Knows What He's Doing figure. Classic comedic figure, showing us what Vegas is really all about. This is a very rare vintage figure. There are plenty of shirts and cups like this, but figures are extremely rare to come by.  Not sure about the date it was made. I am guessing early 50's. Figure is in very nice condition for its age. Does have some paint chipping, as well as some paint fading. No major cracks at all.  Has been in smoke free, Vegas loving home. Great gift your any Vegas fans.
