Gorgeous vintage Capodimonte Style Milk Glass Flower Basket Candle Holder.
An very intricate assortment of roses and other flowers in a basket weave basket design form the base and surrounding motif for this lovely taper candle holder.
A unique and rare vintage piece possibly dating to the mid-century or earlier.
Appears to be porcelain.
Maker is unknown.
Measures approx.
3 1/4" H x 4 1/2" W.
Opening for candle is 1".
In good vintage condition.
Although most of the flowers appear to be in good shape, t
here are a few flea bites and chips in some of the flower petals and there is one repair.  Fortunately, because of the intricate detail of the piece they are hard to notice except upon very close inspection.
There is some lingering red wax candle residue in a few places.
