You are bidding on 2 snack sets (4 pcs. - 2 cups and 2 trays) from Colony in the Harvest White Milk Glass pattern.  Each cup measures 2 3/4" in height and 3 5/8" in diameter; the tray measures 10 1/8" x 8 1/8".
There are no chips or cracks.  The photos are of the actual pieces in this listing.
We do want to mention that we have additional snacks sets so if you are interested let us know and we can put up a buy it now for you and also save you on combined shipping!
Shipping is by the USPS priority mail with full insurance.  We DO NOT charge a handling or packing fee so if you think shipping is too much, it is because shipping rates have gone up over the years.  Also remember that shipping is calculated by zones, weight and dimensions so if we are across the country from you, shipping is higher.  Sorry we don't set the prices, the post office does.
