Vintage Percolator – Revereware Pre-68 4-Cup Copper Clad – Very Nice!

Description

This is the 4-cup size.  It is  8 ½” tall,  4 ¾” diameter, not including the handle and the spout.
All 4 pieces are intact and in very good condition.
The copper clad bottom is shiny and bright – the pre-68 designation means that the copper is significantly thicker than later pieces.
The outside of the pot shows some normal signs of use.
There are no chips or cracks in the glass percolator dome.

"Revere Ware produced these in three different capacities, 4, 6, and 8 cup. From a 1955 catalog: Use 2 level tablespoons of regular grind coffee to 1 measuring cup of water (cold). Place on medium flame, keep on flame for three to four minutes after
percolator
begins percolating. Then take from burner and remove basket and coffee is ready to serve."
Overall this is a great vintage percolator that will allow you to brew your coffee like your grandmother did!
