Vintage Wear-Ever Aluminum Percolator Coffee Pot, Copper Handles, No. 3116

Description

Let’s brew some coffee!
This is a Wear-Ever aluminum percolator coffee pot with copper handles.
It has the Wear-Ever Tacuco Aluminum Trade Mark and No. 3116 stamped on the bottom.
The handled top has Pat. 2119974 stamped on it.
The pot has all of its inserts.
The tubular stem does wobble a bit, and could be tightened.
I will leave this up to the next owner.
It does, however, work fine and is quite perky, as I have tested it out.
Without inserts, the pot holds about 10-12 cups of liquid.
It measures about 10 inches from top of lid to bottom.
The top opening is 5-3/8” across and the bottom is 7-3/4”
wide.
There is a small glass top knob and the liquid flows through a strainer in the spout.
Due to its history of use, there are exterior surface scratches and interior coffee staining, but in general, is in pretty good vintage shape for age.

I pack and ship each item as carefully as I can to insure a happy, satisfying delivery.
I do use clean, recycled boxes and packing material whenever possible to try to be as green as I can.
