There’s more to this diminutive 6” vintage milk glass vase than meets the eye, making it a pretty addition to vintage tablescapes, shabby chic, wedding or shower decor, or just a bud or two on a tray for breakfast in bed tray.
The top is shaped like a scalloped flower and shows some of the “thinning” of color present in earlier milk glass manufacture. The stem has gradually widening vertical ribs, and just below the bulb, there’s a bottom row of scaffolding.
Bottom is marked “2.” This was so well-loved by the previous owner that she marked the bottom with her name.
